Mountain bike servicing at your door
Trail bikes, hardtails and gravel bikes, serviced at your home or office anywhere in Singapore. From SGD 59, and we reply within 5 minutes during business hours.

Mountain bikes serviced at the block, mud and all
Chestnut and Bukit Timah are hard on a drivetrain, and a dirty bike is exactly the one nobody wants to carry to a shop. We service it where you park it, so a worn chain and dragging brakes get sorted the same week instead of sitting in the corridor.

Mountain bikes serviced on site: full setup, drivetrain strip and clean, brake and gear checks.

What the trails do to your bike
Wet sand and grit, mostly. A mountain bike here wears out faster than the same bike anywhere cooler and drier.
Grit in the drivetrain
Chestnut after rain is a chain full of wet sand. That grinds through chainrings and jockey wheels faster than any amount of road mileage.
Disc brakes
Pads contaminated with mud or sealant squeal and stop biting. Rotors bend on rock strikes, and a bent rotor is a rub you can hear on every turn of the wheel.
Wheels and spokes
Rocks, roots and kerbs knock wheels out of true and work spokes loose. Left alone, one loose spoke takes the others with it.
Tubeless sealant
In this heat it dries out in around three months. A tubeless tyre with dry sealant is just a tyre that will not hold air when you need it to.
Dropper posts
They get sticky, they sink, they stop returning. Nine times out of ten that is a cable or a service rather than a new post.
Suspension
Forks and shocks need oil and seals on a schedule, and Chestnut grit is hard on both. We do not service suspension. No forks, no shocks, no pivot bearings, no setup. If yours is due we will say so and point you to a specialist.
Bottom brackets, headsets, hubs and full strip-downs go to our workshop. That is Bike Hero Pro, and we collect and return the bike.
Pricing
Three packages. The price includes the mechanic coming to you. No transport fee, no call-out fee, nothing added at the end.

Where mountain bikes get ridden in Singapore
Four places, four different kinds of damage.
Chestnut Nature Park
The island's main trail network, with separate loops by difficulty. Roots, berms and sand. It is where most Singapore mountain bikes do most of their wearing out.
Bukit Timah and the Mandai trail
Gradient, gravel and rock. Hard on brakes on the way down and hard on the drivetrain on the way up, which is an unusual combination for one ride.
Ketam, on Pulau Ubin
A proper trail, plus a salt air boat crossing at each end. The riding and the getting there both take something out of the bike.
Rail Corridor and Coney Island
Not technical, but loose gravel and soft sand that works its way into the drivetrain and the brakes on every ride.
We cover all of Singapore
Every neighbourhood, north to south. Book from anywhere on the island and a mechanic comes to your address. There is no branch to be near, because there is no branch.
Why people trust us with their bike
Mountain bike questions we get
Do you service full suspension bikes?
We service the bike, not the suspension. Brakes, drivetrain, wheels, tubeless and dropper posts we do at your door on a full suspension bike like any other. The suspension itself we do not touch at all. No forks, no shocks, no pivot bearings, and no sag or rebound setup. That is specialist work and we would rather tell you than have a go at it.
Can you set up tubeless at my place?
Yes. We carry tape, valves and sealant, and we can top up sealant on tyres that are already set up.
My brakes squeal after every wet ride.
Usually contamination or glazed pads, and usually fixable on site. If the rotor is bent we true it, and if a pad is soaked in mineral oil we replace it rather than pretend it will clean up.
My dropper post will not return.
Most of the time it is the cable or the actuator, not the post. We check that first, because it is the cheap answer and it is usually the right one.
Do you come to the trailhead?
We come to your home or office. Trailhead visits are not something we run, and a car park at Chestnut is not where you want a proper service done anyway.
What if it needs the workshop?
The mechanic tells you on the spot and we offer Bike Hero Pro. We collect the bike, strip it down properly and return it in 4 to 5 working days.
